Therapy for Gen Z & Millennials

Hi, Bob here. When I was your age, I went through some difficult things. I went from being dependent on my parents to all of a sudden having a lot of autonomy. I felt like nobody gave a sh*t about who I was once I turned 18 and that was a scary place to be. Faced with a lot of new experiences, I didn't know how to deal with them all.

So yes, times have changed and I've got a head full of white hair and some thinning too. But I tell you, struggles as a young adult or twenty-something are real, across time.

Let me see if I can guess at your experience.

You made it through adolescence, congrats! But, there’s all this pressure to have it all figured out when you’re just grappling with what life is about. I’m just going to cite a bit of research cuz I think you can handle it: how you make sense of who you are and what you’re about does not come to a head until you’re in your mid-twenties.

But, you don’t have to go about it alone. Let’s figure this out together.
